Hitchhiker Kai, arrested in murder, was recognized by neck tattoo
Caleb McGillvary, who is better known as "Kai the Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker," has been charged with the murder of 73-year-old Joseph Galfy in Clark, NJ. Treasury Knew of IRS Inquiry in 2012, Official Says
J. Russell George, the Treasury Department's Inspector General, disclosed during Congressional testimony on Friday that Obama administration officials in the Treasury Department knew about inappropriate targeting of conservative groups during the 2012 election. In all, the report found that 160 of the 296 applications in question were never processed, and that some had remained open for more than three years. 28 applications were withdrawn by groups, presumably due to intense scrutiny, while the other 108 were approved.
